WELLFIT Walking Pad Review: TM037, TM037 Pro and TM032

Verdict in brief

The WELLFIT walking pad to start with is the TM037: a folding pad with a front handrail, a 320 lb rating, a 16 by 36-inch belt and a 0.6 to 6.2 mph range. Step up to the TM037 Pro for a 12% auto incline and a longer 16 by 40-inch belt, or the TM032 for a 400 lb rating and a 17 by 44-inch belt. Before you buy, weigh the short parts warranty, an F rating from the Better Business Bureau and a teardown that disputes WELLFIT's brushless motor claim.

The WELLFIT walking pad lineup in brief

WELLFIT sells walking pads and folding treadmills through its own store at wellfittreadmill.com and on Amazon, with a second storefront at wellfitglobal.com. The Better Business Bureau lists the company as Wellfit, Inc. of Reno, Nevada, started in 2023, with wellfittreadmill.com as its website. WELLFIT says it ships from seven US warehouses in California, New Jersey, Texas and Georgia, and it lists a US phone line for support.

Unlike many Amazon-first brands, WELLFIT publishes model numbers and fairly complete spec sheets. Its walking pad range in September 2026 is built around three folding machines with handles: the TM037, the TM037 Pro and the heavier TM032. The TM037 also comes in pink and seasonal color editions. WELLFIT's larger TM007, TM015, TM024 and TM029 machines are full treadmills and outside this review. An older flat WELLFIT walking pad (a 265 lb model with 3%, 6% and 10% manual incline settings) still has an Amazon listing, but WELLFIT no longer shows it on its own site, and OCDevel reports that the brand pages for the earlier WP023 and WP028 pads were deleted.

WELLFIT treadmill models, one by one

WELLFIT TM037 Folding Treadmill with Incline

The TM037 is WELLFIT's best seller: a folding walking pad with a front handrail, a tablet holder, a remote and four ways to control it (handrail buttons, remote, app and voice).

Key specs:

  • Motor: 3 HP brushless (WELLFIT figure)
  • Speed: 0.6 to 6.2 mph in 0.2 mph steps
  • Incline: 0 to 5%, manual
  • Max user weight: 320 pounds
  • Belt: 16 x 36 inches, 5-layer cushioned
  • Weight: 43.45 pounds; folds with no tools and can store upright
  • App: WELLFIT app, which syncs with Kinomap and Apple Health

Who it suits: desk walkers and light joggers up to 320 pounds who want a handle to hold and a pad that folds away.

Pros

  • 16-inch belt width and 320-pound rating at a budget tier
  • Handle, remote, app and voice control
  • Folds and stands upright for storage

Cons

  • The 36-inch belt is short for jogging and for tall walkers
  • Manual incline tops out at a gentle 5%
  • A teardown disputes the motor claims

Who should skip it: runners and anyone with a long stride, because 36 inches of belt leaves little room at 6 mph.

Where the numbers disagree: this model has the most conflicts in the range.

  • Motor: WELLFIT says 3 HP brushless. OCDevel took the motor apart on 18 February 2026 and reported a brushed motor with 0.75 HP continuous output, calling the 3 HP figure a peak rating.
  • Incline: the standard TM037 page says 0 to 5% manual; the TM037 Pink page, with otherwise matching specs, says 0 to 10% manual.
  • Weight limit: WELLFIT's own store and one Amazon listing say 320 pounds; the wellfitglobal.com storefront and a second Amazon listing say "350+" pounds.
  • Unit weight: 43.45 pounds in the spec list, 41.66 pounds in the page description, and 41.7 pounds per OCDevel.
  • Size: the folded length (49.21 inches) is longer than the listed in-use length (43.3 inches), so one of the two figures is measured differently.

WELLFIT TM037 Pro Foldable Treadmill with Auto Incline

The TM037 Pro keeps the fold-flat idea but adds a motorized incline, side handrails and a longer belt. WELLFIT also sells a version with a Bosch motor, which it rates quieter.

Key specs:

  • Motor: 3.5 HP brushless (WELLFIT figure)
  • Speed: 0.6 to 7.6 mph in 0.2 mph steps
  • Incline: 0 to 12%, automatic, 6 levels
  • Max user weight: 375 pounds
  • Belt: 16 x 40 inches
  • Weight: 56.43 pounds, with wheels
  • Folded: 53.5 x 24.8 x 6.9 inches
  • App: WELLFIT app with voice control, plus Kinomap, Zwift, FitShow, WHOOP and Apple Health

Who it suits: walkers who want real incline work and a longer belt, and who still need the machine to fold flat under a bed or sofa.

Pros

  • 12% auto incline you can change mid-walk
  • 40-inch belt and 375-pound rating
  • Broad third-party app support

Cons

  • At about 56 pounds it is a two-hand move
  • Side handrails make it wider than a flat pad (24.8 inches)
  • The warranty on parts other than the frame is short

Who should skip it: anyone who only walks flat at 2 to 3 mph under a desk, who would pay for incline and handrails they never use.

Where the numbers disagree: WELLFIT's page lists 375 pounds, while Amazon titles say "375+" and "375lbs+". WELLFIT rates the standard motor under 45 dB and the Bosch version under 40 dB. We found no independent teardown of this model, so the brushless claim is the maker's alone.

WELLFIT TM032 Height-Adjustable Treadmill with Auto Incline

The TM032 sits between a walking pad and a full treadmill. It folds to 6.7 inches thick, but its side handrails adjust in height and its belt is the widest and longest in the WELLFIT walking pad range.

Key specs:

  • Motor: 3.5 HP brushless (WELLFIT figure)
  • Speed: 0.6 to 8.6 mph in 0.2 mph steps
  • Incline: 0 to 10%, automatic, 5 levels
  • Max user weight: 400 pounds
  • Belt: 17 x 44 inches
  • Weight: 83.27 pounds
  • Handrails: 5 height settings, 2 inches per step
  • Folded: 60.5 x 27.4 x 6.7 inches

Who it suits: heavier and taller walkers who want a long belt, incline and adjustable handrails but still need to fold the machine away.

Pros

  • 400-pound rating and a 17 x 44-inch belt
  • Adjustable handrails for different heights
  • The fastest top speed in the range at 8.6 mph

Cons

  • 83 pounds is heavy to tilt and roll
  • At 60.5 inches folded it needs a long storage spot
  • The handrails and phone holder need fitting on arrival

Who should skip it: anyone who wants a light pad to slide under a desk each day. The TM037 is about half the weight.

Where the numbers disagree: WELLFIT's page says 400 pounds, while a second Amazon listing says "400+". The page calls the machine "95% pre-assembled" but also says you fit the handrails and phone holder yourself. Amazon titles call the screen an LED display while the WELLFIT page mentions an LCD screen.

What stands out

WELLFIT publishes more than most Amazon-first brands. Each model has a model number, a belt size, folded dimensions, a unit weight and a noise figure on the maker's page. That makes it easier to check whether a machine fits under your bed or through your door before you order.

The weight ratings are high for the category: 320 pounds on the budget TM037 and 400 pounds on the TM032. The free WELLFIT app, which the brand says needs no subscription, links to Kinomap and Apple Health on every model, and the TM037 Pro adds Zwift, FitShow and WHOOP. Heavier walkers comparing options should also see our best walking pads for heavy people, and incline buyers our best walking pads with incline.

Drawbacks

The warranty is shorter than the marketing suggests. The product pages say "1-year free warranty" and the home page says 1 to 3 years, but WELLFIT's warranty policy gives the structural frame 1 year on these models and other parts, which includes the motor, 180 days. The wellfitglobal.com storefront lists a different package again: 3 years on the frame and 1 year on the motor and parts.

Returns can cost you. WELLFIT's refund policy accepts unused, unopened items within 30 days, charges a 15% restocking fee on non-defective returns and puts return shipping on the buyer; Amazon orders go back through Amazon. When we checked on 28 September 2026, the Better Business Bureau listed Wellfit, Inc. as not accredited, with an F rating and 21 complaints in the past three years. The teardown findings on the TM037 motor are the other concern. WELLFIT's store does not accept HSA or FSA cards; our walking pad FSA and HSA guide explains the rules.

Who should skip it

Skip WELLFIT if a long, clearly written warranty matters more to you than price or features. Skip the TM037 if you are tall or want to jog, because its belt is 36 inches long. Skip the whole range if you need a flat pad with no handle that slides under a desk; WELLFIT's current walking pads all have handrails.

How it compares

WELLFIT vs UREVO: the UREVO Strol 2E from our UREVO walking pad review is the closest match to the TM037: a folding pad with a handle and a 0.6 to 6.2 mph range. The Strol 2E has a longer 40.2 x 15-inch belt and a warranty of 1 year plus a 180-day extension, while the TM037 has a wider 16-inch belt, a 320-pound limit against UREVO's 265 and a 5% manual incline the Strol 2E lacks.

WELLFIT vs DeerRun: the DeerRun walking pad with a 9% manual incline and handlebar folds, reaches 7.5 mph and carries 300 pounds, but DeerRun does not publish its belt size. The TM037 Pro answers with a published 16 x 40-inch belt, 12% auto incline and a 375-pound rating.

WELLFIT vs Redliro: the Redliro walking pad with incline (JK03W-T) is a flat, non-folding pad with a 39.4 x 16.5-inch belt, a 350-pound rating and up to 6% incline. It suits a permanent desk setup better; any WELLFIT suits a room where the machine must fold away.

Setup, maintenance and warranty

WELLFIT ships its walking pads mostly assembled. The TM037 folds with no tools, and WELLFIT says most models can be stored upright, though some need screws loosened to fold fully. The TM032 needs its side handrails and phone holder fitted. Assembly videos sit on WELLFIT's support page.

WELLFIT's buyer FAQ calls for 100% silicone lubricant; our guide on how to lubricate a walking pad covers the method. WELLFIT says its machines are fine on carpet, hardwood and tile; see our walking pad on carpet guide before you set one on a thick rug. For a warranty claim, WELLFIT asks for the order number, proof of purchase, a description and photos or video, and it pays return shipping on valid claims. Its policy covers machines bought new from WELLFIT or an authorized reseller, so keep your Amazon order details.

Safety and recalls

No CPSC recall for WELLFIT walking pads or treadmills was listed when we checked on 28 September 2026. We searched cpsc.gov for WELLFIT treadmill and walking pad recalls and found no recall or warning under the brand name. You can check for later notices at cpsc.gov/Recalls.

Frequently asked questions

Is WELLFIT a good walking pad brand?

WELLFIT is a mixed choice: its specs are more complete than most Amazon-first brands, but its after-sale record is weak. When we checked, the Better Business Bureau gave Wellfit, Inc. an F rating, and OCDevel's teardown found a brushed motor in the TM037 despite a brushless claim.

Where is WELLFIT based?

The Better Business Bureau lists Wellfit, Inc. in Reno, Nevada, with wellfittreadmill.com as its website. WELLFIT says it ships from US warehouses in California, New Jersey, Texas and Georgia, but it does not say where its machines are manufactured.

Is the WELLFIT app free?

Yes, WELLFIT says its app is free with no subscription. It is on the Apple App Store and Google Play and syncs with Apple Health and Kinomap, and the TM037 Pro page also lists Zwift, FitShow and WHOOP.

What warranty does WELLFIT give?

WELLFIT's warranty policy covers the structural frame for 1 year on its walking pads and other parts, including the motor, for 180 days. Product pages simply say "1-year free warranty", and the wellfitglobal.com storefront lists 3 years on the frame, so confirm terms in writing before you buy.

Does the WELLFIT TM037 have a brushless motor?

WELLFIT says it does, but an independent teardown says no. OCDevel opened the TM037 motor in February 2026 and reported a brushed motor rated about 0.75 HP continuous, against WELLFIT's 3 HP figure.

Which WELLFIT walking pad has auto incline?

The TM037 Pro and the TM032 have automatic incline. The TM037 Pro goes from 0 to 12% in 6 levels, and the TM032 goes from 0 to 10% in 5 levels, while the standard TM037 uses a manual incline.
